And now the last and final step before really scaling your brand and taking it further is building a team or at least having one person on board to help you with managing the customer request. This is something that is really easy to set up that is Gonna Save you actually hours and hours of your time, but I will say this before you hire somebody I think it is very important that you actually do this yourself. The reason why is because it'll help you understand the biggest problems that your product is facing. It's gonna help you understand what areas people hate about your product is gonna help you understand what things people are constantly facing when they try to use your product and it'll help you for when you train the next person coming into that role. Now, you know, if you're doing very well financially maybe this is like your side business like you could pay somebody from day one. That's what I did. But if you're starting this from scratch, I seriously recommend doing it. I used to do it on my General Store back in 2017, but on this story, I can't say I've done it very much. So, how did I At my team and how do I manage them right now? Well right now my whole team is pretty much managed entirely on Skype. So it's just four of us here. We have Julia. She's really like our marketing manager does all the email does all the SMS some Social Media stuff. We have Ashley. She is our lead customer service rep. So she answers the phone and she also answers emails. And then we have Mary Ella as you can see she is our manager. She sends me a daily report of Ashley's performance and really keeps actually working hard and make sure everything is running smooth the Fulfillment team. So yeah, we have a manager here. We have a lead customer service rep. We have a marketing manager. And yeah, you can see they keep me updated every day. She just said well who just customer want to order 50 sleep bands? So hopefully I'm gonna Blair her info. So y'all don't give her phone call and try to steal the lead. But yeah, you get the point. It's very good to you Skype or slack to manage this. I originally found the first person that was working with me on upwork. So if we go and search Service we search for that you're gonna see this is huge. This is thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of people that do this across the world in the Philippines and America everywhere. So it's not hard to find a customer service rep at all. It's actually very easy. You just have to put time into do it and to manage it. We currently use Zen desk. So Zen desk right here. This is a basic app. I'm not gonna take you on in my inbox and you're gonna see all my customers emails and everything but I'll show you screenshot of what the back end looks like and blur some stuff. But yeah, this is Zen desk. It's a very good email tool and if you don't want to use this, there's another one. I recommend called chirpish This is actually a friend of mine's company and I think it's pretty good. They do basically the whole process of what I said a manager and a customer service rep. They do all that for you. They build team for you. So churbish is good. But ultimately I would say you want to hire somebody and build your own team if I had to choose that's what I would do that. That's what I did do and you could find people, you know inside a Discord, right? Like I have a Discord group inside of here. You could always chat you could ask questions. Hey anybody want to do customer service? I know there's people in here that would want to do that job. So yeah, definitely that's how you can find people. That's how you hire them. When it comes to actually, you know paying these people make sure you pay them. Well, I think a good pay for a customer service rep is like at the minimum like 1500 to 2gs a month. Like if they're doing a good job pay them more than that for sure, especially if they're in America. So, you know, they can actually have a good living and a good life and then for the manager she gets paid a little bit more and the actual marketing manager Julia she is actually on like a retainer she has a agency so I pay her agency and I didn't have all that before I started scaling realistically. I had one girl that was managing the emails and it was a different person that I found from upwork. I let her go and ended up finding Mary yellow through my Facebook group. The Facebook group is not really active anymore discord's kind of like the same thing, but I found her through one of my communities and we just started working together. And yeah, she's been working with me ever since and now she works in the manager role. I really say it's essential that you guys do this before scaling get somebody in place to handle these requests with you even take the time to set up a phone number. It's very easy to do that. What you want to do is you want to go to eight times eight and then inside of this app right here, you could actually pay for cheap cheap phone $15 a month twenty dollars a month and you actually have a phone number for your business and you can put that on your website and then people can call the phone number and what happens is your iPhone it rings, but it's not like you're it's not like your regular phone calls. It rings from Zen desk. So, you know actually has that on her phone, please don't call her like come on seriously. Don't do that seriously. But yeah the phone numbers on the website and people call her what request all day and she answers them. So this is cheap and it makes your brand instantly instantly look more legit and it's because it is more legit. There's somebody on the other line that you could talk to that can help you out. So yeah, you can set up a voicemail and you could customize your music like it's this is a dope app that nobody really talks about but those are the things that I would do before scaling the product, you know, it could go a little deeper than that, but our systems are pretty basic and they get the job done. Our customers are pretty happy with the response times. Sometimes they're not, you know, we're still working progress over here. But for the most part they are so that's how I set up my system. That's how I set up my team and maybe you can follow that blueprint for yourself.
