Now we can finally start building our store. And the first thing we need to do to actually build. Our store is import some products. Now, there are a couple different ways to import products to your store and I'm gonna break them down in this video. Let's start with method number one and that is called dsers. So dsers is a tool that is recommended by Shopify that connects directly with AliExpress and allows you to import products from AliExpress directly to your store. Now, we have better fulfillment options that we're gonna recommend to you guys outside of AliExpress, but the truth of the matter is There still is nothing cheaper and easier to use than AliExpress when you're first testing products. There are faster options that are very easy to use but a lot of times they are going to charge you a huge premium to use them. I'm gonna break those down for you. But for now and for most of you guys getting started don't be afraid to use AliExpress in the very early days of testing products on your store. All right, so that's why I recommend Dsers to actually go ahead and start importing products in your Source. We're gonna go ahead and install this app to our store and obviously just like everything else you're gonna need to create some type of account. They have paid plans and they have a basic plan. If you're just getting started the basic plan is gonna work for you. But once you start getting sales, it's not a bad idea to go ahead and use that paid plan. Then we're gonna link it to AliExpress. I'm gonna do that real quick. But you got a link to AliExpress. It's gonna give you a couple different options. We're just gonna start with importing products. They give you a welcome guide that's gonna teach you everything you need to know, but you just watch this video and I'll break it down for you. So at this point in time, I have already created a list of some products that I want to upload to this store and the main product that has actually a product I would go ahead and test right now is this one so this is a travel pillow and it is something that solves a problem it has that wow factor. It has great profit margins. It's something that I would use myself. It adds value to people's lives. It's a great product and it actually works like if you go and look on Amazon at this product, you see that the reviews are solid like five stars four stars is a lot of buyers traffic and one thing that I also notice about this product and why I really like it and why it was something that called to me to do this store around is that There's nobody that has really built a brand around this to me. This is a multi-million dollar product. This is a easily three to five million dollar product. As long as you do it properly. I see this on the same level as I saw the Sleep band. So therefore I think that this is a great product to test and this is what I would start around building this store around. So we're gonna start by importing this product. We've got a couple other travel related products as well and I'll import those probably off camera, but what we're gonna do here is we're gonna go ahead and click and find the product on AliExpress when we're looking for a supply on AliExpress, right? We're gonna look at a couple things. So I like this one because it has many orders. Yeah. It has a couple orders. Normally you want to see a little more than that, but it has a couple orders they have a bunch of reviews and they come up as the top seller but let's keep searching and let's see if we can find something even with some more reviews so we can click here. So we're about orders we have this one right here with 700 we have this one with 1200. I think our first option is our best option. If we look at the reviews, you're gonna see people are actually getting it. This looks like a strong option. So let's go ahead and pick this one. We're gonna click on it. We're gonna copy the link and then we're gonna go back to dsers. Once we got the link copied. We're gonna go to the import list and click on import and we're gonna go ahead and paste the link right there and hit search and it should pop up. Boom. There's the product don't worry about this stock number. It's typically not accurate and we can go ahead and click it right there and then we can go and push to Shopify. But before we do that, we can actually edit the product. So this is where we can come with a custom title for the product. We can maybe change the image we can select which variants we would like to bring over to the website. We can change the price of the product and we're gonna do all this but I just want to walk you through it. We can change the description we can select which images we would like and there's the shipping info but it doesn't really matter that much the main thing of this is just you can check and see What it's gonna cost to ship to these certain locations. So as you can see Ali AliExpress can ship this to the United States for free. It's going to take around this time and they have different options that cost this much. So what we want to change for sure is change the actual title of the product. So we're gonna for now put inflatable travel pillow. We'll come back and make a better name for this later for the variants. We have the blue option and we have the gray option. I think I would really just like to stick with the gray option as most of the content out there is around the gray option and the color difference isn't going to make or break the product but we'll just go ahead and import both of them. for the price essentially the price value Is what you're gonna be selling the product for I don't know why they put the word value and I think a product like this can sell for $39.99 the top competitor these guys right here. They are selling the product for around 30 dollars even and as you can see they're creative is super low resolution and their website looks like garbage. So that's why once again I see massive potential for this product and you know, if you look here they are really selling this thing for cheap. So if we make a better website a better ad there's no reason why we can't sell this for at least 34.99. That's where we'll start it out at for the compare at Price. Typically we want to sell it as almost double or at least like 30% off. So in this case, we'll go ahead and we'll put it at 59.99. And the thing about this product is that because it's not little it looks like it has high perceived value. Sometimes these little little toy products. They look cheap. This one actually looks like it's big so it would make sense for it to cost around that. Ice point it has high perceived value, but the description we go ahead and delete that because we're going to write our own description anyways, and click save when we're done and then these are the pictures so shot. Our AliExpress has these pictures kind of built in we're gonna find better pictures. I'm gonna show you how to do that. But go ahead and take pretty much all of them. We have them all already. So now we're pretty much done with this. We're gonna go ahead and we're gonna click save Now, all we have to do is check this box and hit push to Shopify. And basically it's going to go ahead and push this to your store. Make sure you check. This box continue selling one out of stock and make sure you check this box as well. And once we do that, we can just go ahead and hit push to Shopify and within a couple seconds. We're going to have our first product uploaded to our store. So if I click on products boom, there is the inflatable travel pillow. If I click on preview, you'll see on this ugly store. We have our product uploaded right here. So what I want to do now is go through an import the rest of the products that had on this list so I can build out a little bit of a foundation for this store in this example just to save time I'm gonna be importing five products but for you and your store, I need you to import at least 10 products. Okay, 10 product is a great foundation for any hybrid store and I would find 10 unique products for you before you start actually using your story now, there is another method that I like for importing products. Door and I'm gonna break that down for you now. So there's this app and it's called copy. Kopy. What this app allows you to do is go and find a competitor and take the product directly from their page with their title their images their pricing everything. So in this case this store looks like garbage right? It's very ugly. The description is all over the place. The images are okay, but they're not the greatest. So this might not be a store that I would want to directly copy the product from but if we take a look at maybe this store, for example, this store is a lot cleaner and they have some very nice images for the product. They have some very nice copyrighting. Now. This is a custom design page. But if I'm not mistaken, we can still use the tool copy to take some of the assets from this website. So if we go and we add this app to our store It's probably gonna ask you for a payment method because it is a paid app. But let's see. So now we have copy set up and all we have to do is go through and hit import a single product and when we go here and we copy the link from this store and we hit paste and we hit import product and you'll see boom. It takes the name of the product. It takes the handle we can get rid of the vendor. We get all these images which look amazing and then we have their price already added and then we have all their copy that they already wrote for the product baked into this thing. So variance the price everything basically for the product is already done for us and we didn't really have to do any working at all. And then we just click the button and we click import product. So this is one of the fastest ways to import products. The only thing I would say about this is just if you're gonna do this one be very careful that you're not doing this on a store that is using their own custom branded photos because you can get in a lot of trouble for that. Make sure they're using photos from AliExpress Alibaba Etc and Also, you still want to try to customize it and make it your own a little bit because it's just straight up laziness. If you just leave it the way it was but now boom we've imported this product and it's as if I spent 20 30 minutes doing this it's already ready to go as you can see these guys have put their logo on some of these images. So we want to kind of get rid of those images but there are plenty of images in there that don't have their logo. So if we go into their product section, we can go ahead and cut those images out of there and we have another product uploaded. So those would be my two favorite ways to actually upload products and we just go ahead and delete these ones you can see how to do that. Delete files. You can show more files make sure we got them all. This one has their logo delete that one and then boom now we have it and it doesn't have any of their branded images. It's all I'm just generic product images and we're pretty much good to go. So these are two different ways that you could actually import products to your store. It's really not that hard but you guys always ask me about this and that's pretty much all it takes. The last thing I will say is that if you import products with copy you have to actually connect them to the dsers app that we're gonna be using to fulfill our products. So we're gonna go back to DS's and I'm gonna show you how to do that real quick. All right. Once you got the product pushed from Shopify you want to click on this variant mapping button, and then there's a thing right here where you can actually import A supplier. So we recently uploaded this product to viral Vault. I just wanted to supplier. I opened it up. I copied the link and then we can hit this and we can hit import and then all that we would have to do is connect the colors to the supplier as you can see if we go here it's gonna load up. the supplier and boom they have the colors for you. So we go green we hit submit. We go pink and we hit submit. We go gray and we hit submit. I just want to do this. So you guys have no questions about this when you're doing it yourself. So they also have these other three options We're not gonna do these options for now. We can just remove them from our product. But that's how you do it. You can import products from copy and then you can go through and you can just map them directly inside of DS or so. Once again, you click on variant mapping you just hover over and then you can go through and you can click on standard and you can map the products variant just like that. There's also other features that get a little complicated like bundle and BOGO and advanced but you don't need to worry about that at this moment. It is good to know how to use these tools though. This is everything you need to know for uploading products. And now I'm gonna go through upload the rest of the products on my own time, and then we'll actually start building out the home page for this store.
