All right. Now we need to build the essential pages of our store and connect them to our stores navigation. So if we go back to our store and we click on the navigation tab, you're gonna see two different menus. You're gonna see your main menu, which is gonna be this one. The one up the top right here and they're gonna see your footer menu, which is you know feet at the bottom. It's gonna be right here all the way down here. So we're gonna first do the main menu what needs to be included in a main menu. Well, I've broken that down for you right here the main things that we're gonna include in the main menu are shop now frequently Asked track your order in contact us. So we're gonna go ahead and we're gonna change catalog to shop now on shop now, we want to link directly to all of our products. So all you got to do is make sure it's click into all products. The next thing we're gonna do is add a new menu item. We're gonna do FAQs now at the moment you might not have a page for this so we can just click whatever page for this and we can come back and we change the page and we're all done. The last thing we're going to do is track your order page. So track your order and once again, just click any page. We're gonna go back and change it. Anyways, I just want to build out the foundation for this menu and then we can go ahead and edit later. So contact us that's already linked to a contact us page. But even that one we're gonna customize Now we'll refresh our website now. It takes a second. But we should have our new menu loaded into the store now. So if I preview it here, maybe okay. So we need to customize it first. We need to First go into the header and we need to make sure we're on the right menu and we're just gonna update it. Boom. It was already on the right one. It just needed to be updated. So now we have our main menu properly formatted with everything that you would need. Now we need to go through and actually make these things. So the first thing that we need to make is a frequently asked questions page. So we're going to do is we're gonna click on online store. We're gonna go to Pages then we're gonna go through and we are going to hit create page. We're gonna go f a cues once you get to this page where you generate your FAQs, I'm gonna go ahead and create a template for you for the FAQs. I'm gonna link that in the tools used section below. So let me go ahead and copy and paste that template into here. The only thing is that you need to adjust that accordingly to your specific information. But let me go ahead and do that for you real quickly. All right, so I copied these directly from our FAQ template. All we want to do is just remove any unnecessary spacing clean it up a little bit and then we're gonna stick our logo on here as well just for some professionalism and that's pretty much all you're gonna need for a FAQ page. They're very simple Pages. There are apps that allow you to have a very clean FAQ what? You know, I think we did. Scare so usa@gmail.com. Make sure you go back through and you plug in your email here instead of just leaving it as the template email. Otherwise, you're gonna have some problems. We plugged that in there by the boom hit save and now we have an FAQ page we want to do after that is go back to navigation. And then we want to change the FAQs right here and make it fit with that page boom apply changes. The next thing we need to do is add the tracking page to our website. So we're gonna do is we're gonna look up 17 track and this is a perfect tool for you guys that are doing Drop Shipping that want to allow your customers to track their orders. So we go to 17 track we go to add app. And once we download this to our store we can set up a tracking page where people can use their tracking numbers to search up the status of their orders. It's really simple, but I see a lot of stories that don't have this. So let's go ahead and set this up real quick. Once it loads up and we get inside of the platform. We just have to basically connect page to the actual navigation menu. So right here, this is going to be the link something worth mentioning is that I don't have the custom domain just yet. So it still says my Shopify but make sure that you have the right link in here. Then we're gonna test this out. As you can see boom track your order tracking number and that's already done for us. So now it's a quick fix we go back to online store back to navigation we go back to main menu. We click on track your order and then we replace this with this and now once we do that if we click on track your order, it should take them directly to the order tracking and now they can plug in their tracking number and they can check it out and see the status of their order. So now we have a FAQ page. We have a track your order page and Shopify by default creates a contact us page. So you can leave this as is. Okay. So now at this point we have the home page, we have our shop. Now, we have our FAQs we have our order tracker and we have a contact us page, which is automatically generated by Shopify lastly we need to do our footer menu. So if we go back to navigation and we go down to the footer menu, you'll see all that we have in there is search now if we go to our welcome manual that I've created for you. Guys, you're going to see the essential pages that you're going to need within the footer menu. So let's pull that back up. And as you can see right here, what we're gonna need is the shop now, we're gonna need the FAQs. We don't need all of this but it's important that we at least have shop. Now faq's track. We'll go ahead and plug it all in there. But truthfully you don't need all this and you just need to make sure you have the policies in there. Those are the most important ones because those are the ones that if you don't have them you're gonna end up getting banned by the platform. So first, let's just go ahead and let's add the ones that we need so shop now, Little products got all products. Got that one. All right. Let's go ahead and let's do track your order. Got that one should be in the let's just go ahead and get the link directly from here. It's easier. boom hit that hit that there you go. And then we'll just do the FAQs again Pages FAQs and then contact. And there you go. So now We got the first half of our menu. It takes a second to update. It's probably not gonna update right away. If we go right here we go to the store it'll update as you can see boom quick link shop now and then lastly we need to get our policy into the store. So if we go back to the store and we go back to customize we have two different ones, right? We have the quick links and we have the info. So for the info this is where we're gonna put our policy information. Now, let me show you guys how to actually edit these policy Pages the first one that we're gonna make this one's not essential but I put this on every store that I create we're gonna do in about us. This is something that you can create on your own or you could use a tool like chat gbt. So can you create a three paragraph about us page for a travel store selling Drop Shipping? I'm just gonna say just for a travel store selling products online and it'll go through and it'll basically write out a simple three paragraph thing that will just give people an explanation about your Brand so you could take this you could customize you can make it into your own but I always go back to using this tool just so you guys can get familiar with it because it's so powerful as you can see like this is really nice. Can you include my brand name in there? Excursa? I'm gonna put it in quotes. So it knows now it's gonna take the same thing and boom leave this welcome to excuse your premium destination for Quality travel products. Like this is fire. This is a really nice about us page and it's fully generated by Chad GPT. So this is something that I want you guys to be leveraging in the design process of your store and boom now we can just go ahead we can copy that we can paste that right there. Once again, we can put our logo in there as well because I think it's a good way to actually show the image of our brand let's do the wide logo. And then at the bottom you can just throw like a generic kind of a travel picture just to kind of clean it up with there's one in there, too. Put that one right in the center. And boom now we have our about us page. Now the last couple Pages we are going to need are privacy policy and our shipping and our terms of service. Now, I don't want y'all going to chat to BT for this one because Shopify already has this built-in so we go right here and we hit create from template now. I'm not gonna do this because I don't want y'all know where I live, but make sure you update this to actually fit what your address okay, when it comes to people actually giving returns for your products. It's very difficult to take returns from China, but we still want to have a return policy because the standard for a business and it's actually necessary if you're selling products online. So we want to have that I can explain later on in the course about what to do when a customer actually asks for a return or a refund, but for now just generate this policy and go ahead and hit save Make sure you update this make sure the email is properly then we have privacy policy. Once again, we can generate that with the template just make sure go through and you update all this with your actual information. So once again, if you're using advertising Services, you need to plug that in scroll through this and fill it out. It's not like a copy and paste. It's like a go through and fill in the blank. Okay, it'll take you two minutes then use this one. Then that's all you're pretty much need. Now. You have your terms of service your privacy policy and your refund policy. So what are we gonna do we are going to go and we are going to go to our pages and we're going to create pages for all of these things. So first we have our terms of service. We're going to I'm holding control and I'm open up another thing right here. And go to policies. And we're gonna go terms of service and copy this and paste this boom save. Now we're gonna go back and we're gonna do another page. We're going to do refund policy and once again copy And paste boom then we need the privacy policy once again. privacy policy and paste and save again. This is a not finished. There are some unfilled things inside of there. So I want you and you're doing your store to actually feel this information out the last and final step of this part of the training is going to be plugging in these. So what we're gonna do here is we're gonna change this one to Quick links, okay? And we're gonna change one more menu. We're going to do policies. All right, and in this one, we're just going to go through and we can just start adding these pages. So we have privacy policy saved we have we have the refund policy say and we have the terms of service say Boom now we go back to our store settings we go back to customize we go back to the very bottom of the store right here in this tab footer. info and we change this to this one. and with that Hit save with that. We have everything we need so let's double check. Home shop now FAQ track contact us about us privacy shipping terms of service if we go back to our store. It's one of these links refund and shipping policies. Pretty much the exact same thing. And yeah now you have a pretty much finished store. We still need to do our mission. So I'll just fill that in real quick. I remember actually had generated that here. so as passionate Travelers ourselves take this one go back to the store design right here. There you go. So that's pretty much everything you would need for a basic home page. Let's look at the finished product here. We have our announcement bar. We have our logo we have our Banner. We have our best sellers. We're missing the collections. We did that intentionally. We have our image with text to describe the brand. We have our testimonial slash benefits. We have our footer menu that's completely done. We have our mission and we have our finished menu right here with everything you need. This is a pretty much 100% completed home page. It's pretty basic. It's pretty Bare Bones, but that's all you need. The best part about this page is that it's professional and it's trustworthy and it feels like a legitimate business. So that's all that matters. We don't need to have some crazy fancy design or something revolutionary. Just something that looks very clean. You notice that the font is nice. There's no typos. The images are nice. There's no text all over the images. It looks clean. It looks trustworthy and now we can get into the real. And potatoes where we make the product page where we're going to send all of our traffic to where people are actually going to be spending their money on but we needed to do this and this is really like the foundation that we're building our business upon. So now you have a finished homepage you have your essential Pages now we can get into the good stuff. I'll see you there.
