Without a doubt the most important thing when it comes to seeing success with your store, of course, it's building the foundation like we did in the last couple videos, but those are non-negotiable you have to do those when it comes to actually building your store and seeing success the product page and the offer and the design of this page right here is everything if you if you mess this up this is going to stop you from succeeding. This is going to be the single thing that holds you back from getting any sales on your store and I've reviewed hundreds of y'all stores thousands of y'all stores. And this is where you guys keep dropping the ball. So this video is going to break down how to make a great landing page now I could sit here and I could do this live in front of you but it's going to take me an extremely long time. So what I would rather do is kind of show you this right here and it's base level as you can see, it's missing everything that we want from it. So we want high quality images. We want a professional title. We want to probably description that falls Out we want 50 reviews. We want the proper price for the product and then we want to fill it in with this layout right here. It's missing all that. So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go through and I'm gonna pimp out this product page completely and then we're gonna break down each element how I found the images how I wrote the description the whole entire thing. So this is what it looks like now and I'm gonna come back in a couple seconds with a finished product page and we're gonna break it down step by step, but I just wanted to emphasize that before I got started. This is everything. This is so important. So don't rush this don't skip this video. Don't try to Short change this part. This is everything and this is gonna be crucial part to your success. All right, so I just finished the first phase of the product page design and that is making the title and also adding the images. So what I did for the images was I went to Amazon and I found somebody that was selling this product very successfully and what I did was I took some of their images and I just clean them up so I could use them on my own website. So as you can see for this one, I took out the other stuff and I put Bag right here the way I added the logo of our bag was in Photoshop. It took me only like a couple seconds. I already kind of moved past it but I'll take these away. You can kind of see what I did there. All I did was I just put the logo on I put it on top of the bag so you don't have to do this but these little things make a big difference in terms of the conversion on the website and then we just took the rest of the images and edit them up made them nice and clean. I added some text onto this one and these are the minor changes that genuinely make a difference in the design of your store. So I did them you don't have to do it like that. But just make sure you put clean images regardless. So now we pretty much have all the images that we're gonna need for the website. The last thing that we need to do for a phase one is just finishing up the title. And what I like to do is I like to put TM next to the name of the product. Of course, it's not trade marked right away, but it just adds to the legitimacy of the brand and it makes it even more trustwor. Be in the early testing phases. So now as you can see, we have a name of the brand, which is Arrow pillow and we have the inflatable travel pillow in terms of the name. Actually came up with the name using chat gbt. I just give me a name for an inflatable travel pillow and boom it came with this name. And I really ended up liking it now. There's one thing that I hate when I'm looking at this storm. We're gonna fix it right now. So when you go to actually design your product page, make sure you customize this go to homepage go to products and go to default product. In fact, we can go to the specific page. We want to work on. So we're gonna click on that. And as you can see on desktop, it's really like having the images stacked like this. I hate that and a mobile it looks fine. But I want to change this. So what we do is we click product information and what we do is we put desktop layout and we put thumbnail Carousel and now our images are all stacked below each other which looks really nice and we can go ahead and Shrink this I would like them to be a little smaller as well because the images are important but we want to make sure they can see the description as well. So boom now we're getting somewhere. We have a nice images lined up. We have a nice title. We have our price on point. I usually like to remove this too. It's not necessary and we can go ahead and get rid of that. So now let's stick to the mobile view. This is looking pretty nice. We have our announcement bar. We have our logo we have our product images. I don't know what I just did right there. Okay. So what that is when you click on the image, is it opens up the light box? All right. We want to go ahead and we don't want to have it Zoom. So we we don't want people to be able to actually click that I would rather them just be able to just cycle through the images. So now if we refresh we're gonna have our new layout and they can just click through the images like this before it caused that weird thing that we were talking about. Let's go back to mobile. For this you can do the thumbnails for the image. I'm gonna go ahead and do that. That's up to you personally. That's horrible. Don't do that. You can choose if you want to show or hide them. I'm gonna go ahead and show them that way that the user can easily cycle through the images and now we're gonna go ahead and start plugging in the rest of this product page. So that's gonna be the actual description fixing up the buttons making everything look clean. But this is the first half of the page and we're starting to get somewhere. I don't know about you. But to me this is looking pretty clean after about 30 minutes of work. I think I've successfully finished writing all the copy for the product page. If you look at the welcome manual that I provide it to you earlier in this course, I have wrote a detailed layout that you can follow inside of here that's going to break down the exact layout that I've used on all of my product pages. This layout works extremely well, and it's used by the top stores on Shopify. What's important is that you take time to do each element at the highest level and you don't rush it make sure The copy is spelled properly. Make sure you've given some thought to what you're actually writing and just ultimately make sure that it reads good and exercise that I think is good for you to do is actually reading it out loud and hearing how it sounds so this is the finished design of the page and I'll go ahead and preview it and we'll go ahead and look at it on mobile in the next video. There's still some stuff that I need to do to optimize this further, but this is way better than what we started with. So we have now our six main images for the product and these images if you notice they're very clean, there's not a bunch of random text on them and they just show the product in the best way possible. So we show that it has airflow you can use it in different ways. We show a human actually using the product we show the various use cases for the product we show how easy it is to inflate the product. And then lastly we show the actual measurements of the product. That's all you need. You don't need more than that and this to me is a super clean example of images for a product the title. Used it for like I said chat GPT to generate the title. And I just added some text after that. We got the price point here. There's a couple minor tweaks. We're gonna make at the end of this video, but for the copy, we've got fall asleep comfortably anywhere. So with this headline the thing that you need to ask yourself is if you were on an elevator with somebody and you had one floor to pitch them your product how would you do it? You don't have a paragraph. You don't have three sentences you have just one sentence or sometimes even just a couple words to pitch the main benefit of your product. Okay. So in this case, the number one thing that the product is gonna do is gonna allow you to fall asleep comfortably anywhere. That's the same question. You need to ask yourself for your headline. What is the number one thing that my product is going to do for the customer? That is the question that you need to ask yourself then we go through and we do a basic explanation of the product. The arrow pillow is designed to provide maximum support and comfort no matter where your travels take you Something else I want to do right here is actually bold. So it's good that we bold the main benefit that we're putting in this area. So we're gonna go ahead and do that. And then the following thing is whether you're traveling by playing train or automobile the arrow pillows the perfect accessory to help you ride feeling rested and refresh we're gonna go ahead and do that right there and we're going to do these three words as well. And the reason why we're gonna bold these because these are the most important words of this section. These are basically the main things that we want to highlight about the product. So, of course, it's gonna take a second to upload me if I hit preview right here. I'll do it. Boom. So now if we go back to inspect you're going to see that these words pop out maybe in fact, I would actually do just a couple of less of them just to clean it up a little bit just do that one and that will be even cleaner. Okay, then we have an image of somebody using the product. This is really important. So people can visualize what the product is actually going to do for them. You can use an image or you can use a gif the way that you can generate gifts is from going to this website right here and you can go to create and when you click that you can upload a video one of the videos from viral Vault, for example, let's do it together. I'll show you how it works. So if you wanted to create a gift for this product or any product, what you can do is just go to the ad that we provide you from viral Vault go ahead and download the ad whether you want to use the captionless one or the one with the captions. I'm gonna go ahead and take this one. We're going to click download. It's gonna take a second to load. We're gonna save it right there. And then you can go back to this website. You can go and you can choose your file right here. Go to downloads. Boom. Let it upload. And then from there you can actually create a custom gift for your website. Now, there's only one downside to using these and it's that they slow down your store a little bit but for some products it's much better to use something like this. I didn't feel it was necessary for this product because the image explains it just fine, but this tool right here will let it load for a second. This will allow you to generate your own custom gift and it's really easy to use. So once this is done loading, you're gonna get access to the timeline and then you can just go ahead and crop your video. However, you want it and we'll just go ahead and do that one right there. Click play you can see different uses for the product. They go ahead you can hit continue to decorate and then basically you just go through you save it and you upload it to your store. But I just wanted to show you guys this tool. So you guys don't have any questions on how to actually create your own gifts. It's really easy and it only takes a couple seconds. So that's how you do that to upload it. You just right click it when it's done save it and upload it to your store. In this case. I just use the image now next we want to go and do our key benefits now, I see a lot of you guys you just put Key benefits right here and look it's okay. But again, just like the thing that we did for the top sellers. It's important to think of ways how we can be unique and how we can differentiate ourselves. So instead what I put is flying will never be the same and I continue that with the key benefits of the product. This is gonna be the most important part of your whole description second to the headline. These benefits are the number one thing that people are gonna read when they're scrolling on your website. So to write these benefits you need to ask yourself not the features of this product, but what's the main reason why somebody would want this product and what I came up with was deep sleep anywhere people struggle with sleeping on airplanes. This is going to allow them to get some deep sleep no matter where they're at. The next thing is neck and back pain. I don't know about you guys, but I travel sometimes on economy and when I'm on there and I fall asleep like this I wake up and I'm super sore. So this is something that I know a lot of people deal with and this is a massive pain point. I also mentioned the private movie theater thing because the product actually lets you use your phone inside of there with the hole so you can watch videos movies, whatever. And then I mentioned the fact you can take it with you everywhere. And then I mentioned that it's easy to inflate and deflate notice that I didn't say. four whole pillow notice how I didn't say travel pillow notice how I didn't say inflatable and deflatable notice how I didn't say The features of the product what I mentioned were the main benefits and the main use cases of the product and if you're struggling to determine what those use cases are for the product, what you can do is you can go and you can look up on Amazon the exact product and you can go and try to find one with a bunch of reviews. Let's find one more reviews and we want to look and we want to see what are people saying about the product. What are they using it for? So This is something that I always have when I travel. Nothing really here in this one. I bought this on a 24-hour long flight to Thailand. I use it. Basically every time I fly. I'll order this for a 14 hour flight. So I got the best sleep I ever had on an overseas flight. I'm a side sleeper and I was able to prop it up against the window that can be another really good one perfect for side sleepers and back sleepers makes traveling so much more comfortable. Perfect for long flights when we read as you see adjustable. That's one that I probably should have included that you can use it in multiple positions. This is things that I'm discovering from looking at what people are saying easy to blow up. Pillow is needed for a long overnight flight you get the point you can study the reviews from people and you can find the favorite things that they like about it. And those are going to be the opportunities for you to write your main benefits. All right. This is a great way to help you discover the main benefits. And again, we always refer back to this but chat GBC is extremely powerful as well. If you go in here and say, can you write me some key benefits for my website page of 4 and inflatable travel pillow If it doesn't work, we can spit out a different prompt but here are some key benefits. You may want to highlight portable and lightweight. And then we go through we get adjustable support. That was one that I didn't even mention then we got space saving. These are some other ideas you can get you can do this for Lily any product. This is where this tool gets really creepy. But you see they're spitting out so many easy to clean. I didn't mention that one affordable this Tech. I bought a neck pillow before in the store at the airport and it cost me more than this one did so you see what I'm saying? This is a great great tool that you guys need to be using so that's pretty much the bulk of the layout and what I do after I do the key benefit is I write a small piece of text kind of backing up my claim. So if I'm saying you can sleep anywhere I'm going through and then I'm adding this is the ultimate way to finally get deep sleep on even the most uncomfortable plane rides. Then I talk about neck and back pain. How does it say? Goodbye. Well, it's designed with an ergonomic shape that conforms to the Contour of your neck and head right private movie theater. How's it a movie theater? Well with our design you can access your phone and watch your stuff. So if I say something I'm backing it up with a claim and that really just gives you that extra level of trust. Now. There's something else that you could do is that you could add images inside of all these different benefits sometimes I do it. But in this case, I didn't think it was necessary because we've already shown the product. We don't need to continue showing it but it's another variation of a product page and you can add images right in between all these just to back up your claim. Even further. The last thing that I do is I like to include an image of somebody using the product now, I did a little Photoshop job on this image. I just put five star picture. I just look up five star PNG from Google added it on top and I put some text over here you can do this with canva. You can do this with any tool out there and it took me 15 seconds and then I took a little review from Amazon. I plugged it in and I put the text right there. So for a base product page, this is pretty much everything we need there are some minor adjustments. Going to make to it and then we're gonna plug in some apps and a bundle to really make this thing have the highest chance of success. But the last thing I want to do before we wrap up this video since we're just doing the base product pages. I want to make another adjustment to the actual store design and I want you guys to do the same thing as well. But this store is gonna stay online. So you guys can go and you can study this product page or just kind of copy the layout in case you need some more inspiration, but we click right here. We want to actually fix this so there are two button options. Okay, what I want to do is I want to take off that one. I want to click save and then I want to make this button pop because if you notice everything on the website is kind of like white black white black. I want the button to actually have a color to it. So we're gonna go back to colors and we're gonna go and we're gonna make the button pop out as a green. We just want to find a nice looking green. We don't want to do like a super ugly looking one. So we'll go down a little darker the two button colors. I would recommend would be this color or you would go and you can do like a orange color. Because Amazon uses the orange color and they've done think about how much money they've spent split testing these different things. Right? But the button color is not going to be the Difference Maker and you're success on your store. I recommend you use green just make sure that it fits with your store and it looks clean in this case. I think it looks just fine. So this now would be pretty much the base of our product page one last final adjustment that I would like to make is instead of add to cart. I'm gonna have it say Buy It Now and that's gonna be the last thing that we do for this base product page. So to do that, I'm going to go here. I'm going to go to preferences I think. No, excuse me. We're gonna go into online store and then we're gonna go and click on the settings for our theme and then we're gonna go and we're gonna hit edit default theme content. and now we're gonna look for. the I'm hitting Ctrl F on my keyboard and I'm searching the page for add to cart. It's not on there. We're just gonna scroll and look for it till we find it. Products boom right there. We're gonna change this say Buy It Now. We're gonna hit save. You could change it to say whatever you could say add to cart or again. You could say whatever I've always done it as buy it. Now. It's just what's worked best for me. It's more of a direct call to action. And now we have what I would consider to be a pretty much ready to test product page except. We're missing some of the most important details ever and these extra optimizations that we're gonna add in the next video are what's gonna Skyrocket your conversion and also allow you to make much more profit on every single sale. So in the next video, we're going to be hyper optimizing this product page and this is what a lot of you guys don't do and this is why a lot of your products end up failing.
