In this video. I want to talk about the mentality behind a winning product. Everybody always says, oh, I need a winning product Oh, I'm trying to find a winning product. And this video is going to expose the truth of that myth because the product is most of the time not the issue. The issue is not that you don't have a winning product. It's that you don't truly understand what that is and how to get that. So why are your product tests failing the reason is that most people are not testing aggressive enough? They launch products without logic they just throwing stuff and just hoping that it works. They solve their product going viral hit some of the criteria. They took one of our videos launched it spent 50 bucks and it didn't work and you're saying oh this product is not a winner. The problem is not only that you're not spending enough money on each product test. If you think about it, right you could throw three random products up at the door and you could spend a bunch of money on all three of those products or you could put most of your energy into one product and make that test as good as possible and your chances of succeeding just skyrocketed drastically because our goal is to force products to work what I mean by this is that we're trying to find products that are already selling well products that are already doing very well and making them work for ourselves. And in this video, I'm gonna tell you exactly how to do that exactly how I've been able to do that time and time again, so, how can you successfully make a product work? How can you successfully turn a viral product into something that's successful for you. Well first it comes down to finding those and I've been teaching this the whole program, but I want to emphasize it again. The first important step is to find products to help already been working well for other stores Especially products that have been doing well recently within the last 30 to 60 days. Those are going to be the biggest Opportunities For You especially if they hit on the next criteria that we're going to talk about so to find these products you study your feeds just looking at Instagram looking at Facebook trying to find Opportunities and you can use our platform to find those products as well. We try our best to curate as many as we can every single week. The next thing that you want to do and this is the difference between a terrible marketer and somebody that is great and can make money consistently is identifying the shortcomings of the store that is running that product if you can identify these things. Those are your opportunities to come in and make money on that product. So what are some of those things bad content meaning a low quality video ad low resolution meaning of video ad that isn't necessarily hitting on all the pain points meaning a video ad that can be improved bad funnel their website is super low quality. They don't even have a nice logo. Their pictures are low resolution. Their product price is a little weird you could sell it for maybe more or maybe less. There's something that is off about their website. The question that you have to ask yourself is can I improve upon these things if they're running the product on a general store this for me is like the golden opportunity if I see somebody and they're running a great product, but it's on a crappy looking General Store. I know that if I run it on a branded hybrid store I can swoop in and I can clean up with that product and if you can find these things all you need to do is think about how you can improve upon them. That is the difference between me and you is that I'm able to identify these things and improve upon them. And in this training I try to teach you as best as possible how to improve upon them, but that's what we're here for. That's what our coaches are here for that's what this whole system is for to help you find these things and then improve on them and if you can do that that is where you make money that is the intersection between you starting and you actually making money now if you find a product but you feel like yo, there's nothing for me to improve on these guys have already A brand they have their own custom content their website looks awesome. Well, you have three options. your first option is going to be Look for another angle that you can present this product to so let's take the Sleep band. For example the product that I sold maybe instead of selling it specifically for sleep. Maybe I targeted extremely specifically for people that have somebody that snores right next to them or we take it on a completely different angle and we say Hey, you can use these for running. These are the best. This is the best headband for running because that's all some people using that for our product thinking of a way that you could advertise the product in a new angle is going to open up an entirely new Marketplace for that product which can present opportunity on a saturated product. Another thing you can do is look for a similar product in that space. So understanding with my product that many people struggle with falling asleep at night if we can find another solution to that problem, which we know is massive and has been proven. Be massive and people are looking for a solution if we can find another product that solves that problem maybe in a better way or in a more unique way, then we can get an opportunity there. Okay. And the last option is you can just move on and find a different product because if you can't improve on anything and if you can't find another angle, then you're better off just move into another product where there is opportunity because at the end of the day, what's the point of trying to make a product work if there's no opportunity there and if you're struggling to see the opportunity maybe you feel like there's something there but you're not sure don't be afraid to ask our coaches. That's what they're here for But ultimately we have to approach our product testing logically meaning we're not just gonna go and say oh, I think this is a cool product launch fail. If we don't approach our product testing with logic logic being hey, this guy is running this product for the last month and they have two million views, but their video ad is not that good. I think if I take this product and I make a better video ad I can capitalize on that market or hey, this guy is running this product but it's on a general store in the store looks terrible if I take an ad and make it similar to theirs that's working. But I make a better store. I'm gonna have a higher conversion rate and be able to outscale them. We have to be able to approach our tests like this or it's not even worth testing. So with a little bit of Applied logic we can see much better results and have much more clarity with our product launches. So when it comes to actually running the ads we have plenty of videos in here talking about that, but it's not even worth your time to run ads. If you don't understand these basic principles, let me just share a couple other things when it comes to product testing and making a product into a winning product. So, how can you force a product to work? How can you force a product? Well, you have to test more than one creative and what I mean by this is when a product is already trending in a product has already viral we know that there is a market for it. We know that people. Want the product the difference between us making the product work and the product completely failing is our marketing and are creative if we cannot make a good creative that is where we're going to lose. Our customers. Next thing is that I truly believe you should be spending at least a hundred dollars to test one product. I think you can get away with spending less but I think $100 is a healthy amount to spend per product test to where you can validate If the product has any potential at all. If you're just spending twenty dollars, there's no possible way that you can tell if there's a proper test and if you're spending like $500, I think you've burned too much money just to test one product within spending a hundred dollars you're going to be able to see does my video ad suck because like our people clicking on it our people going to the website Etc. Okay, if people are clicking on it does my website suck nobody's adding to cart. Nobody's checking out. Okay, if people Are adding to cart why aren't they finishing because maybe the offer is not that good when we spend a little bit of money. We get some data that we can then analyze and figure out what areas we need to improve upon. That is the key. It's initiating the product test with logic understanding why we're testing the product in the first place then once we do start spending money, we need to be able to analyze that data and figure out where can we improve This is how you make money people. This is how you make money with dropshipping. This is why I've been able to succeed. This is why everybody I know has been able to succeed and it's actually not that difficult. If you can learn these principles not only can you make money with dropshipping but you can literally run ads to anything. Let's say you wanted to start a local restaurant cool. You can run ads to that. Let's say you want it to be a personal trainer. You can run out to that. Let's say you had a rental property and you wanted to get a tenant run ads to that. This is something that is so Universal and learning how to run paid traffic will set you free learning how to run ads will be the thing that allows you to make money for the rest of your life. I can't say for a hundred years from now, but for at least the next 10 years The last thing I'm going to say in this section is that you need to study the ad analysis video because that is going to teach you how to analyze your data and that is inside of this module. I break down the most important metrics to look for when you start spending money on ads and how to understand it in the proper way because if you're just spending money on a product test and just hoping to get sales and just oh it didn't work. I didn't get sales next product. You're just you you're wasting your money. You're wasting your money. You need to test take that data and be able to look at that data. What a logical mind frame and say oh, this is why this didn't work. Let me do this better next time. That's how you get better. That's how you make money. That is the process. Okay. So this is really the theory behind a winning product again, it's not. Oh my God. I opened the treasure chest and I found a winning product. I just struck gold winning products are in front of you every single day. It's a matter of finding the ones with the most opportunity capitalizing on that opportunity by improving. And then on your test analyze and figure out where can I improve and be better those three pillars are the pillars of turning any winning product into your winning product? And each of these things are broken down step by step as much as I possibly can in the program so follow the tutorial as best as you can but with that being said that is how you find a winning product and I truly believe that if you guys can understand this concept you're gonna be so much better off than everybody else.
