Congratulations, you just got your first order on your store. I know you've been working really hard for this. So I'm proud of you for real. In this case. I just did a sample order. So, you know, I don't even get that same feeling that you got but in this video, we are going to break down exactly how to fulfill your orders. There are two methods that I like to use one is using AliExpress and the other is using a supplier and we're gonna break them both down and why you should use one or the other. So first we'll talk about using a supplier. This is the preferred method of Drop Shipping in this current ERA because it's faster and you have more communication and overall. It's a better experience for your customer the only drawback to this is that sometimes the suppliers can't fulfill your product. So they just simply might not have the product available for you. Now, if you're running into this problem, that's where you'll use AliExpress, but these suppliers nowadays are pretty good and the one that actually recommend the most these days is called Zen drop and that's what we're going to use today. So If you go to the orders tab right here, you'll see that there's an order from this weird guy and he ordered the product that we've been selling the arrow pillow. Now if we go into zen drop and you can just go right here to apps and you could search it up you download it. If we go into the Zen drop platform. It's pretty cool. They have a full list of products and they're uploading products every single day. Okay and inside of here you can actually search for products you're looking for. So in this case when I look for travel pillow and then we're just gonna scroll until we find it we found this one which is our product. I'm going to open them both up and compare the prices. They have pretty much every product on here. So if you can't find a product, I'll show you how to get it submitted into here. But for now, let's just stick to this. So as you can see the product is costing us around eight dollars with nine dollars 11 cents shipping for an average shipping time around 15 days. Okay, this supplier same situation $8 shipping. The price is pretty similar. This one's actually a little bit cheaper. So I would rather stick with this one and what you can do you can do a sample order. If you want you're gonna have to use the paid plan, but I honestly say it's recommended that you use their paid plan because you get better options. You can do a sample order to see what the shipping is. Like, they'll send it to your house. They'll give you a tracking number. I recommend all of you guys do a sample order for your products, but at the end of the day, we just want to find a supplier that we like to use. So if this is the supplier you want to use this is how we're gonna fulfill the order with this Supply. So I went ahead and did the paid plan because I think it's very worth it. So if you guys are looking to get this app, you can use the link below to get a special discount because we've partnered with them but to actually fulfill your order with their platform you first have to link your product. So what you do is you click link product and they're going to offer you a couple options that are exactly like your product. If for whatever reason your product is not available on their platform, which happens from time to time. What you can do is click on request a quote. Okay? And then what they're going to do is they're going to submit this to their team to be quoted and they'll get back to you typically within like three to four days with a quote for the product in some cases. They can't actually find and Source your product but in this case they did and they had many options for us. So let me continue showing how to fulfill the order. I just want to show you guys that in case they didn't have your product available. All right, so if your product is available on Zen Like this one is you want to click on the link product button and then you want to find your product. So in this case, there are two options that are similar to this product. We want to find the one with the better cost in this case. It's going to be this second one again. Make sure you do a sample order because it's going to give you an idea of what the customers experience is gonna be like and then what you want to click on that product and we want to pick the proper variant in this case going to be gray check that box and hit link product. And now the product is fully connected to our store and all we have to do is click on fulfill order. And once we click that it's going to add a payment method and charge us but that is going to fulfill the order. So let me plug in my payment method and we'll get that set up. So we click fulfill order and the operation is successful. So now this order on our store is a waiting tracking number and it is currently in processing. Just disregard these other two. That was me playing around with the feature. But that's pretty much all you need to do to fulfill your order through Zen drop. Now what happens is and around two days three days, you're going to receive a tracking number for that order and the tracking number is going to be automatically submitted to the customer. So let me break down a little bit for you on how that works. So once your order is processed, you're going to get a tracking number right here. And then all you have to do to fulfill your order officially is take that tracking number bring it to the orders tab right here and click on fulfill item. Then Shopify is going to ask you for the tracking number you can you can paste it right there and what's gonna happen is once you hit that fulfillment button, it's going to send this information to the customer. You want to make sure you take that box as well that's going to send that information directly to your customer. So then they can take the tracking number and they can use it on your website to track and keep up to date with their order and that's pretty much the entire order flow of dropshipping with Zen drop. I do believe that this is the best tool out there right now. They've been really building this for a long time since like 2018 and it's a very very strong alternative to AliExpress. I did want to show you guys how to use AliExpress just because sometimes again products might Not be available on here. And if they are available the price might be crazy, but just know this is the method I want you to fulfill your orders with and you can get access to this if you just click the link down below you're gonna get a better offer than if you get it directly through the App Store, but If you want to Dropship with AliExpress just understand. It's going to be a little bit slower. But you are going to be able to save a little bit of money. Alright, so here is how you fulfill orders using dsers. Basically, you just go into the open orders Tab and you want to First select the shipping method that you want to use now. Most suppliers are gonna offer you these options right here, as you can see some are just ridiculously expensive the best option that's going to be the cheapest is Aliexpress standard shipping. Typically these orders are going to arrive around three weeks. If you want to give your customers a better experience offer them the premium shipping option, but just understand that your margins have to account for that. So you have to be able to afford that extra cost and this case we will go for the standard option just because we don't have much of a margin on this product, but if you can afford it or even if you can bump the price of your product up a little bit try to give them the premium shipping options, so go ahead and confirm. And once that's done, all you got to do is click this button right here and hit place order to AliExpress. What that's going to do is it's going to submit the order to AliExpress. You want to confirm all your details right here and then click confirm and once that's done. Then you just have to go to click to make payment. And click on your order. In fact, you can do many orders at once. But in this case, we're just going to do this one go ahead and click make payment and that's gonna bring you to your page here at AliExpress. That's a waiting payment and then you go ahead and hit pay now and right here you can plug in your information and we'll do that real quick. All right, and now after that we have successfully placed our first order with de-essers and as you can see it's really simple to use. So now the payments being verified and what's gonna happen when you're done with that is it's going to pop up into the awaiting shipments tab. What's what the same story as Zen drop once it's actually done and the product gets shipped. You're going to get a tracking number and as opposed to Zen drop. You can actually click one button and it will automatically upload the tracking numbers for you to Shopify which sends that fulfillment email. So as you can see it's not difficult at all to fulfill your orders again, I recommend using Zen drop and we have a link down below that you guys can use they can look for products for you that might not be available on their platform. But if you cannot find your product at all in that platform or if it's just too expensive go and use DS there's it's an amazing tool and it's what I used in the early stages of sleep in so that's my advice for you guys.
