In this module You're Gonna Learn exactly how to build a hybrid store. This is the exact type of store that I use to test products and find the Sleep band. Now for most beginners. This is the perfect place to start but there are two alternative storage design methods that you might hear from other people. So to begin this video, I want to explain the three types of stores and tell you why I believe the hybrid store is the best starting place for you. So the first option and one that you commonly are gonna hear about is a one product store now one product stores are very good. Ideally. They are one of the highest ways to get the best success rate for testing products, but there is a problem with them for beginners for a beginner the first product that you go after is typically not going to be the one that succeeds. So what I find happens for beginners is that they build a one product store they test their product and it fails and now they have to completely start over everything from scratch just to get another product off the ground. That's why Think one product storage for beginners are not typically the best place to start if you have some experience and you've been in the game for a while a one product store is going to be the best and most efficient way not efficient the most effective way to see results with a product now, like I said for a beginner that's not where I would start the second option is a general store a general store is going to be a super broad store with every product you can think of in every industry. This is what I started with back in 2017. And this is what I made my first dollars with on Shopify, but now in 2023 consumers have gotten much smarter and they don't trust these websites as much as they used to the best part about a general store and why some people still recommend it is that you have infinite flexibility to test all products that you would like. This is great because again as beginner the first product you test is typically not gonna hit. So with the general store you can test test test until you find one that hit so That is why I focused on building a hybrid store because it combines the best of both of these worlds. Not only do you have the Branded trustworthy feel of a one product store. But you also have the flexibility to test many different products. So a hybrid store essentially all that it is is a niche store in a very broad industry. So the one that I built initially was in the Home Goods industry, but some other great examples and some of my favorite niches because people ask me this all the time are gonna be health and wellness. This is extremely broad. There are thousands of products in there and new products going viral every single day and a lot of those products are real pain points think about recovery products think about products that make you feel better products that fix certain ailments that you might be having health and wellness is typically going to be one of the best categories for Drop Shipping next. I would recommend Home Goods the reason why I did this one. And why I succeeded so well with it is because it is extremely broad almost to the point of General Store level broad which allowed me to test so many products and I honestly recommend most of you guys to get into the Home Goods industry just because it's broad enough to where you have massive flexibility. And lastly another one I would recommend is just women in general. So having a store that strictly designed for products for women again, it's branded. It's clean. It looks nice, but it's extremely broad. These are some of my favorite niches if I was starting a hybrid store today, but in today's example, I'm actually going to be building a store within the travel industry. The travel industry is massive. There are thousands of products popping up for dropshippers. And I think that it's something very good one other note that I want to met recommend before we start looking at some live examples of hybrid stories is that if you're gonna pick an industry try to pick an industry that you have at least a little bit of understanding on so if you're a man should not be going out there selling makeup and beauty products unless you really know a lot about those things. It's very important that the products that we sell we have at least a base level understanding of the consumer because otherwise it's going to be very hard for us to understand them and communicate to them effectively with that being said, let me pull up some examples and show you some live examples of hybrid Source you can get an idea of what this actually looks like. So here are three different hybrid stores in three different Industries. This is one that I've always studied and it was a huge inspiration for my first hybrid store. It's called architecture as you can see this store looks extremely nice and it looks like a legitimate brand but all these products are available on AliExpress and they are Drop Shipping at this stage. Maybe they work with an agent and they have some inventory but they are definitely dropshipping some of these products and they started initially with dropshipping. So this is a golden example of what a great hybrid story is gonna look like now on a simpler level because this store has like thousands of products on a simpler level. This is a store in the health and wellness industry called new recover. They are really focused entirely on this product, which they're also Drop Shipping. They have found the product on Alibaba worked with an agent and got the product Dropship and they have a variety of products in the health and wellness Niche like the smart cupping the infrared sauna the mini massage gun as you can see, it's very simple very Clean but based on the results of their ads. I've seen them with tens of millions of views. These guys are absolutely crushing it selling these products and then on an even simpler level you have this brand. This has been one of the biggest brands on tiktok and they are basically just focused on jewelry. This is a great example of hybrid store as well because they could have did a one product store just for this circle bracelet you could have did like photo bracelet.com or something along those lines, but they went and they did a brand selling all different types of jewelry. So now they can scale this product and they can introduce other products into their field same with these guys, right they could have went and they could have just did a store specifically for the ice bath, but they did a hybrid story within the recovery industry. So now they're gonna go ahead and they're gonna scale this ice bath product, but they can also at any point in time introduce other products to their feed and allow them to scale even to the next level and let's say the ice bath product didn't Lead now, they can go ahead and they can experiment with other products until they find one that works. So these are three examples of hybrid stores. They all look completely different but they all follow the same principle in the same Principle as that. They have nice branding. They're very professional. They're trustworthy websites. They focus on one industry and they have a variety of products within that field. Now I'm gonna give you a template in this video. That is the best for 2023 something that I've seen crushing time and time again, so you're not gonna have to worry about that. But one last tip that I would leave you with is whatever industry you go into you need to study the top performing stores within that industry because you can use my template and you can go after it with that. But the best way to figure out what's working in your field is just to study the people at the top so that would be my final tip for you within this video in the next video.
