In this video, I'm gonna break down exactly what it takes to succeed with Drop Shipping and help you set up some realistic expectations for what you can expect when embarking on this journey because one of the biggest reasons why I see beginners fail is that they don't understand what they're getting into. They've seen far too many videos on YouTube of people launching a store and getting results within 24 to 48 hours and they expect that just because they join this community and they get access to these products that they're gonna be able to do the exact same thing. Well, I'm telling you first hand that that is not the case and you need to look at this with a very different set of lens and what I mean by that is succeeding with dropshipping is no different than succeeding in any other business model it takes time and you need to develop the proper skill set to make it work. The people that make money with dropshipping are the people that develop the skills that are necessary and throughout this crash course, I'm gonna break those skills down for you and I'm gonna teach you how You can develop those and I'm going to give you the blueprint to all of those. But the reason why I've been able to make money in Drop Shipping is because I've developed the skills that allowed me to do so such as website design such as video creation such as running ads such as selecting the right products. And again, I'm going to teach you all these things but don't expect that. There's some secret strategy or some Secret Sauce that I'm gonna give you today. That's gonna make it all work. I'm telling you what the secret sauce is right now. It comes down to learning the skills and to learn the skills takes time. So I just want you to understand that before you get started. So you don't come in here thinking that this is gonna be a one-week process to be realistic with you. If you're really serious about building a successful business online, you need to give yourself at least a six-month Runway to make this work and I believe that to be true about anything you want to get an extremely good shape. You want to get shredded you need to give yourself six months of consistent dedication before you're gonna be able to see those Live changing results you want to go and build a marketing agency. For example, you need to give yourself six months of dedicated Focus if you want to see any results and Drop Shipping is no different. So I need you to grasp that concept before you embark on this journey because that's really what it's gonna take to make this work. Now. Am I saying it's gonna take you six months to get your store started six months to get your first sale. Absolutely not in fact, if you follow this training in the crash course, I'm very confident that you can get your first store up and running within a week and you can start getting your first sales when they're first two to three weeks. What I'm saying is that if your goal is to quit your job or drop out of school or turn this into a full-time income you need to expect at least three to six months before that actually happens and I'm not saying three to six months of just lollygagging showing up to my weekly meeting saying what's up. I'm talking about three to six months of learning every day taking the necessary actions and putting one foot forward. Word and really pushing yourself because that's what it's gonna take not only to succeed in Drop Shipping but to succeed in any other business so you might be hearing this and say oh Jordan is saying it's gonna take me six months. Let me go and start some other business model. Let me go and start a marketing agency because it's easier. I promise you it's not so pick a business model that you want. You came here. Clearly. You want to start a Drop Shipping Store and give yourself that time frame to make it work. Okay. That's the first thing I really wanted to address to you. Now. What I want to talk about is what can we set for ourself for goals for these first couple months? What are some critical Milestones that you should be trying to accomplish within your first month and I'm gonna break them down month by month. So let's start with month. Number one really your goal in the first one to two months is going to be to follow the training learn the foundations of dropshipping and launch your hybrid store. If you don't know what a hybrid story is, I explain that in full detail in the store design module. So we'll save that for then. And once you got your hybrid Store launched, you need to learn and begin the process of testing products. Again, this is something that we explain in extreme detail in the program. What testing products is is basically launching products on advertisements and seeing which ones get the best feedback in terms of sales clicks comments everything. This process is the highest Roi action that you can take in the initial phases of Drop Shipping for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that with every single product that you test you are sharpening your skills because you're putting that foot forward and you're finding a product you're building a landing page you're creating an ad and you're launching an ad and spending some money you are getting live feedback and you are moving forward which is making you a better drop shipper every single time. A lot of people always say What's the best way to get started with Drop Shipping and they've been asking me that question for six months, but they haven't tested a single product. So within your first month Your goal should be to follow the training launch your hybrid store and launch your first product test now something I want to stress to you. And it's one of my favorite things about our community is our feedback loop the wages exceed in the viral Vault Community is like this. You watch the training that I've provided to you you execute on the training that I provided to you. You submit it to the coaches to get it reviewed and get some live feedback on what you just did and then you launch it and then we review what you launched together. So you learn you build you get feedback and then you launch and then we review it together on that Weekly call this is going to be the most efficient strategy for you to succeed. And this is what works best for all of our most successful students. So let's say you found a product that you want to launch go ahead and drop it in our community and ask our coach. Hey sandash. What do you think of this product? He's gonna say. Oh, I think this product sucks or oh this product is great. You should move forward with this. Hey, Sean, what do you think of my website? I just finished building it. Oh that looks really great man. Go ahead and launch that that is the community and the culture that we built here at viral Vault. And if you gonna succeed I need you to be leveraging these resources that we provide to you. Don't go out this blind. Use what we ITune and I promise you it's going to be so much easier now in your second to third month. If you're following everything that I'm teaching you the right way. You're going to find your first profitable product. You're going to be making a couple hundred dollars a day with no problem. This is a very exciting moment for a lot of people and this is when everything Clicks in their brain, but a lot of people don't make it to this moment because they don't put their foot forward and continue to test products in the early stages. But once you get to that point a whole world of opportunities opens up for you and is dropshipping world and you can really turn this into a full-time business. I'm being honest with you when I say this all it takes is one product for you to change your life forever. You guys have heard my story. I sold almost two million dollars with just one product. I made literally a couple hundred thousand dollars in cash after taxes from that and then I sold the business and I made another couple hundred thousand dollars in cash. You understand that from one product. I literally am a kid that comes from a City in Florida. My mom used to make $19,000 a year and from one product selling it online. I made multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars in Hard Cash after taxes. You understand how different your life could be if you find one winning product, but you guys are too lazy to get out there and follow the training and actually test products. You might not hit on your first product. You might not hit on your 10th product. You might not hit on your 20th product. But on that 21st product, you might find the one that changes your life forever. So this is something that I really can't stress enough and I need you guys to understand this that the highest Roi you can take is testing products because we find that one product that starts becoming profitable and your skill sets align with the level that you need to be at to make money with Drop Shipping this whole world of opportunities open up your computer literally becomes a money printer because you now have a skill set that you can replicate over and over again for launching products just for some perspective when I first started Drop Shipping in 2017, it took me over 30 products. So I found my first product that I scaled past a hundred thousand a month. When I launched again in 2020 and started testing products again, I found my biggest product of my life on my fourth product test because I had built the skills necessary to do that. So again, it all comes back to the skills that you build and I want you to always remember that if you feel like you're struggling if you feel like you're not making this business work analyze yourself and say what are my worst skills and how can I get better and use our training use our community use it calls with me ask me about these things and I'll share what I know so you can become better after you start doing this for a couple months and you find your first profitable product. You can literally start turning it into a brand that you can sell Pat and turn into something much bigger than yourself and the way you do that is from working with one of our private suppliers and actually fixing some of the problems of Drop Shipping. So when you work with one of our suppliers, we're gonna help you Source the highest quality version of your product. We're gonna help you get some nice custom packaging for your product and we're gonna Help you cut those shipping times down tremendously. I was shipping the Sleep band my product from China and we were getting it delivered to people consistently in around seven days at the maximum. It would be like 12 days and nobody complained. We had one of the highest Facebook feedback scores you could get we was at like a 4.7 4.8 and that shipping products from China. So once you find that profitable product, we're gonna help you transition that to a legitimate business by working with a private supplier and improving the quality of the product. Once you get your product on point. This is one things get really exciting and this is when you can truly start scaling your business today a month or more level, but I'm just being honest with you. I'm not the guy that's gonna lie to your face that is going to take you a couple months. Okay, especially if you are absolutely beginner if you've never launched an ad before if you've never built a website before give yourself time, don't sit there and stress yourself saying, oh I didn't succeed in 30 days. I'm a failure give yourself at least a six-month window to try to make this business work because hey what? Quit a month in and you would have had success in that second month. What if you quit three months in and that fourth month was the one where things would have popped off real quick. I want to tell you guys a story before we continue on this path in the beginning stages of my dropshipping journey around 2017. There was a moment after I had tested my first 10 products that I ran out of money. I literally hit zero but at that time my store was making around a hundred or so dollars a day in revenue and all I could think about was okay. I need to keep testing I need to keep testing but I had no more money to do it and it was a really scary moment for me and it was this close to giving up on my business and just calling it quits. But what I did was I reached out to one of my closest friends and I showed him everything I was working on and I told him straight up. I'm like brother. Look I need to borrow just a couple dollars from you. I need to borrow $500 from you. I know it's a lot of money. I know I'm asking for a lot. But can you help me out? This man literally is one of my best friends to this day and I'm eternally grateful for him. He let me hold the $500 and literally the That I tested after that was the first one that I skilled to a truly profitable level. Imagine if I had given up at that moment that I had hit zero you guys wouldn't even know who I am. I would have never been able to do what I did and it was literally that I was one product away from making it work. So I just can't emphasize this enough. If this is a business that you want to do you got to burn the bridges and you got to sit there and be relentless about this until it works. Once you get your product on point with the private supplier, we can help you start scaling your ads up spending more money on ads and really start printing a good amount of money. And then the last thing that will help you with doing is scaling your business. So that means hiring employees turning your story into a brand all the advanced things that I talk about in the reveal. That's what we're gonna have you doing a couple months in but in the initial stages all that matters for the first three months all that matters for the first three months is that you build a hybrid store following my training and you test products consistently every single week until you find your first profitable. Product and when you find that first profitable product a whole world of opportunities is gonna open up for you, but you need to stay dedicated. You need to stay focused and you need to give yourself a couple months to make that happen because when it happens everything's gonna change for the better. Okay, so that's how I wanted to introduce this video. That's what I wanted to get into before. We talk about some actual strategy. Give yourself six months to make this business work. Trust me and my team that we know what we're talking about because all of us have made significant money with Drop Shipping and give yourself a window of time to make this business work and I promise you you're gonna thank yourself for it in a couple months. And I promise you you're gonna thank me for it in a couple months when you making thousands of dollars from your Shopify store, but that being said in the next video.
